Class Policy

Class fee must be paid in full at the time of registration. A class supply list will be given at the time of
    registration. It is the customer’s responsibility to request a supply list prior to the class date.

Any class supplies that need to be purchased should be purchased from Among Friends Quilt Shop.

A 10% discount will be given to students registered in our classes for items purchased in our store
    that are on the class supply list for that class only. The discount will be available from the time of
    registration to the day of class.

Students need to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the class to set up their machines, etc. and
    they should come prepared for class, making sure her/his machine is in good working condition. All
    classes that require a sewing machine are B.Y.O.M. (Bring Your Own Machine).

Students should refrain from wearing perfume.

Cell phones should be silenced or set on vibrate - if you need to use your cell phone, please leave
    the classroom to do so.

Receipt may be required for a refund of class fees, if you should choose to cancel, according to the
    following guidelines: Cancellations must be made in person or by phone and may not be done via
   e-mail. A full (100%) refund will be given if cancellation is made 10 days prior to class date, or a half
   (50%) refund will be given if cancellation is made within 5-9 days of class date, and no refund will be
    given if cancellation is less than 5 days prior to the class date. Refunds for class cancellations will
    be issued in the form of store credit; no exceptions. Class credit can also be transferred to another
    class instead of issuing a store credit if it is done at least 5 days prior to the original class date. The
    store return policy applies to any and all supplies purchased for class.

Among Friends Quilt Shop reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet a required
    minimum number of participants. If we cancel a class for any reason, a full-refund will be given on
    the class fee only.

In the case of inclement weather, students should call the shop 30 - 60 minutes before the start of
    class to see if class has been canceled. Classes canceled due to weather will be rescheduled.
