To participate in the Virtual Christmas Open House, you will need to do the following:

  • Have a Facebook account.
  • If you are buying through the event, you will need to register by sending us your contact information.  If your up-to-date contact information (name, phone number, address and email address) are already in our database, you are already registered for this event and do not need to do anything else.
  • Go to our Facebook page and watch on Friday, Sept. 25th, at 7 PM and on Saturday, Sept. 26th, at 3 PM to view live, or you can watch the recorded event on our Facebook page at any time through midnight on Saturday, September 26th and still participate in buying through this event.


Guidelines for Shopping:

  • If you want to purchase an item during the live show, you need to be viewing it from our Facebook page. If you are watching it in a Watch Party, we will not be able to see your comments. 
  • To purchase an item, in the comment section, type the item ID and the word SOLD. That means you have just committed to purchasing the item.
  • If the item is fabric, you will also need to indicate, in your comment, how many yards you want to purchase. Fabric is sold in increments of 1 yard.
  • The Christmas Open House event will be open through Saturday, September 26th until midnight. That means that you can watch Part 1 on Friday and/or Part 2 on Saturday live, and after the live presentation has ended up through midnight on Saturday, September 26, 2020. The specials offered in the show will be in effect through that time or until they have sold out, whichever occurs first. We do have a limited number of items, so it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.  
  • Comments made after the show closes at midnight on September 26, 2020, will therefore not be included.
  • PayPal Invoices will be sent with your Christmas Open House sales total on Monday. We ask that you pay it as soon as possible, so that we can get your order processed and ready for pick-up by Wednesday, September 30th. You may use a credit card or your PayPal account to pay the invoice. You may also call us (502-261-7377) on Monday with credit card info and pay over the phone. A detailed receipt will be included with your order.
  • All items that remain after show orders are filled will be available for in-store shopping Wednesday, September 30th.


We know that some of you do not have Facebook accounts. If you know someone who does, maybe you can watch with them and participate that way. If you are going to do this, please let us know ahead of time to avoid any confusion that might cause on our end. We are happy to work with you in this way.
